I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds and in a variety of settings, from home-based services to intensive outpatient programs, supporting individuals navigating both mental health and substance use challenges. In our work together, I focus on a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and often weave in practical CBT and DBT-informed skills, always tailored to what you need most.
As a therapist with a personal connection to the first responder community my goal is to offer a safe, confidential, and understanding space where you can bring yourself however you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, build effective coping strategies, and work toward greater balance in your life. I support individuals who are ready for positive change and want help building lasting skills to manage symptoms related to traumatic stress injuries, stress, anxiety, burnout, ineffective coping related to substance use, mood challenges, and personality-related patterns now and for the long term.
